Two Week Look Ahead
Please be advised that this schedule may change due to weather conditions and existing conditions found while performing the tasks below. We will be swapping out 30 yd. dumpsters and having deliveries intermittently throughout the duration of the project mainly from the East side of the site along Albany Street. Be advised that all work has levels of vibrations and noise, and we are working to minimize the disturbance as much as possible.
What to Expect for the Week of April 21st to April 25th, 2025
• West Elevation: Roof work and equipment install expected again this week, Air compressor is set up at the south end of the Sally port for sand blasting inside the building this week.
• North Elevation: No activities planned for this area.
• East Utility Yard: Temporary Diesel fire pump will be maintained and will run for 3 min. approximately every 18hours.
• East Elevation: No activities planned for this area.
• South Elevation/Plaza: Curtain wall install, AVB, Sealants and waterproofing will continue Z-Girt, insulation, and metal panels. Trucks and equipment will be entering through the East Newton St. gate. Granite veneer install will continue along with concrete placement. Daily fuel deliveries.
What to Expect for the Week of April 28th to May 2nd, 2025
