Two Week Look Ahead

Please be advised that this schedule may change due to weather conditions and existing conditions     found while performing the tasks below. We will be swapping out 30 yd. dumpsters and having deliveries intermittently throughout the duration of the project mainly from the East side of the site along Albany Street. Be advised that all work has levels of vibrations and noise, and we are working to minimize the disturbance as much as possible. 

What to Expect for the Week of June 10th to June 14th ,2024

• West Elevation Activities: Continue with Metal Panel installation. Crews will access through the gate near the Preston Family Building and through the East Newton Street gate.

• North Alley (Albany St. side) Activities: Fire pump house utility and demolition work. We will have a crane set up in the BMC valet lot 6/12/24, there will be no disruption to the residents along North. 

• East Utility Yard Activities: Continue with forming, prep, pour slabs and separation wall. 

• East Elevation: Z Girt insulation and metal panel install, setting up mast climbers. 

• South Elevation/Plaza: Framing, sheathing, waterproofing, Z-Girt, insulation, and metal panel installation.  We will be forming and pouring curbs and slabs around the main entrance. Steel demolition/ replacement ongoing. Dumpsters and deliveries will be handled through the East Newton Street gate.  

• We expect to start granite installation along the South elevation. 

• We are looking to have a crane set up in the BMC lot on Saturday 6/15/24, with support trucks to load material to and from the west. 

What to Expect for the Week of June 17th to June 21st, 2024

• West Elevation Activities: Metal panel and ACM installation. Crews will access through the gate near the Preston Family Building and through the East Newton Street gate.

• North Alley (Albany St. side) Activities: Fire pump house utility and demolition work.  We are expecting a crane this week in the BMC Valet lot to off load debris material from the roof, with no disruption to the residence along the North.

• East Utility Yard Activities: Rebar, form and pour at the utility pads and separation walls. The contractors will also be setting equipment on the pads.

• East Elevation: Installation of Z-girt, Insulation, metal panels and sloped glazing install. 

• South Elevation / Plaza: Framing, sheathing, waterproofing, installation of Z Girt, insulation, and metal panels. Granite installation, plaza concrete, steel install and demolition, steel replacement, loading dumpsters and receiving deliveries at the East Newton Street gate.
