Two Week Look Ahead
Please be advised that this schedule may change due to weather conditions and existing conditions found while performing the tasks below. We will be swapping out 30 yd. dumpsters and having deliveries intermittently throughout the duration of the project mainly from the East side of the site along Albany Street. Be advised that all work has levels of vibrations and noise, and we are working to minimize the disturbance as much as possible.
What to Expect for the Week of September 9th to September 13th, 2024
• West Elevation Activities: Concrete placement on the interior of the building. Trucks will enter the site from the East Newton St. gate and the gate near the Preston Family Building.
• North Alley Activities: Metal panel installation will continue. We are also expecting a crane to be set up in the BMC valet lot 9/13 to remove debris from the H roof, with no disruption to residence and access down the North Alley.
• East Utility Yard Activities: Concrete placement of the blast wall and chain link fence install around the electrical pad.
• East Elevation: Metal panel installation and sealants. Mast climber dismantling.
• South Elevation/Plaza: Curtain wall install, framing, sheathing, waterproofing, Z-Girt, insulation, and metal panels. Steel installation and material deliveries to the 4th floor and concrete placement.
What to Expect for the Week of September 16th to September 20th, 2024
• West Elevation Activities: Concrete placement on the interior of the building is scheduled for this week. Trucks will enter the site from the East Newton St. gate and the gate near the Preston Family Building.
• North Alley (Albany St. side) Activities: There will be a crane set up on the NE corner of our site to load large Air handlers and duct work into the interior of the building.
• East Utility Yard Activities: Chain link fence installation.
• East Elevation: Continue with metal panel and sealant installation as well as mast climber dismantling and removal.
• South Elevation/Plaza: Set up mast climbers, framing, sheathing, waterproofing, installation of Z Girt, insulation, and metal panel installation. We will have an air handler delivered and loaded to the 4th floor with a forklift on 9/16.
