Two Week Look Ahead
Please be advised that this schedule may change due to weather conditions and existing conditions found while performing the tasks below. We will be swapping out 30 yd. dumpsters and having deliveries intermittently throughout the duration of the project mainly from the East side of the site along Albany Street. Be advised that all work has levels of vibrations and noise, and we are working to minimize the disturbance as much as possible.
Winter cleanup: Snow removal/plowing, and ice melt applications around the perimeter of the site will be performed as needed throughout the winter months.
What to Expect for the Week of January 20th to January 24th, 2025
• West Elevation: We are planning to have concrete placements on the interior of the building. Trucks will be entering the site from the BMC lot and the gate at the Preston Family building.
• North Elevation: No activities planned for this area.
• East Utility Yard: No activities planned for this area.
• East Elevation: Metal Panel Installation, punch list and site cleanup.
• South Elevation/Plaza: Curtain wall install, framing, sheathing, waterproofing, Z-Girt, insulation, and metal panels. Trucks and equipment will be entering through the East Newton St. gate. Granite veneer install will continue along the plaza. Daily fuel delivery.
What to Expect for the Week of January 27th to January 31st, 2025
• West Elevation: No activities planned for this area.
• North Elevation: No activities planned for this area.
• East Utility Yard: No activities planned for this area.
• East Elevation: punch list and clean up along this elevation expected to continue.
• South Elevation/Plaza: Steel install, framing, sheathing, waterproofing, installation of Z Girt, insulation, curtain wall and metal panel installation. Granite veneer install will continue along with Concrete placement. Daily fuel delivery.
